[Az-Geocaching] GC57 - documentation question

I agree with this sentiment. Although there is some qiute interesting history there, and it should be preserved.

To me at least, the cache owner is the one who should be the one to answer
the question if logbook pages should be published. For some, the privilege
of reading the log is only for those who actually venture to visit the
cache.  I would contact the owner of the cache first.
