[Az-Geocaching] Trying again

So, the question going through my mind. Why is this 
alter/monument/historic item of Geocaching being put up for sale?
* Not enough room for the case?
* Need for cash? (not cache)
* The hope for someone else to pay for summer vacation?
* One step of a twelve step program?
