Perhaps the owner didn't realize they gave it away.  If there was no =
background photo and a means of confirmation was added, it wouldn't be a =
bad cache.  Maybe an email to the owner could fix it.

I personally like caches that visit memorials as long as there is a good =
way to provide confirmation.  I prefer just saying the person has to =
post a photo of themselves with their GPS at the site.  It does require =
a camera, but that way I don't have to deal with emails.
