[Az-Geocaching] out of state cache finds official?

Well, yes and no.  As Larry said, the total number of caches will be
represented in the web total column, but the out of state caches won't be
factored in on any of the other columns because the other columns are
based on information that is gathered by only looking at the caches placed
in arizona.
